Ever been on a diet program that talks about having a "Why?" Has it been beneficial? Did that "Why" get you out of bed in the morning, steer you away from the brownies and cake? Did it make sure you got to to the gym? Personally, it did not for me, but I'll tell you what does keep me going and it's all about self-love. This weight loss journey throws a lot at us and loving yourself along the way just makes it easier. You have to learn to love yourself first and when you fall off track, giving yourself a break, makes it easier to get yourself back on track. Or at least that has been my experience!
