Description

We all need to set boundaries with others on our weight loss journeys.  Your boundaries may be with your spouse for support in the kitchen, not going out to restaurants with friends anymore, or excluding the negative comments from others in your life.  We all need to have an honest conversation with ourselves on what is going to help us and is not going to help us on our journeys. We can all use the hype people, but for those that aren't into hyping us up, it may be time to cut ties or talk with them to let them know how important this journey is for you.
