My special guest today is Sue, my mom!  She is 100% my biggest hype buddy!  She has been through her own weight loss journey through the years, but has managed to lose the weight by simply eating healthy and walking.  She has struggled with her weight most of her life, but once she was able to find a way to get movement in that she enjoys, she has been successful.  We discuss how to get started with moving your body and getting active!
