One of the hardest parts of following Jesus, and maybe especially for Americans, is the notion of putting another person's needs above our own. We're told by our culture to make sure we prioritize ourselves above others. And yet Scripture - and Jesus, Himself - had a very different notion. In this episode we look at the attitude of Jesus as Paul describes it in Philippians 2.
