Culture is a substantial albatross holding back your organisation. So, what does it take for a company to admit—collectively and individually—that there's a problem? To be even more blunt, what does it take to see that its probably not just rough around the edges. It doesn't just need a tune-up. It more likely needs a complete overhaul. You may even need to rebuild or replace the engine.
