The Campari sour with no gin. (I skipped the eggwhite)

• 1½ oz. Campari
• 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ oz. Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White (or 1½ oz. Liquid Egg White)
• 7 drops Orange Bitters

• 1½ oz. Gin
• 3⁄4 oz. Campari
• 3⁄4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄2 oz. Simple syrup
• 1 Egg white
• 1 dash Orange bitters

Moonshine running helped build the airline industry! Barnstormers were often also transporting illegal alcohol, and developed routes and organizations that kicked it into a higher gear.
