Hello friend you are listening to Lately I’ve Been where we talk about life, all the things.  Today I’m talking about anxiety and sharing a little trick I use when I’m feeling anxious.  My hope is that if you or someone you know battles with anxiety you could use this strategy  in certain situations to distract your mind.  Even if you don’t have anxiety it is a good practice to try when you can’t stop thinking about a certain something and your mind needs a break.  So let's jump in because lately I’ve been anxiously praying.
