I have to admit everything I have tried to write, record or post seems so unimportant or small, silly, compared to the war in Ukraine, my heart hurts for them, the world feels heavy. But I also know that to stop and pour all our attention and thoughts on this war isn’t healthy either so for the next ten minutes or so let's distract ourselves.
