As a thriving business owner who has visions of scaling beyond the level of her current business Adele recognized she was holding herself back from executing on her vision
She was wasting a lot of time doing things 80% complete and not pulling the trigger on the final 20%
This was masked by stories around “needing to be creative” or “ensuring it’s perfect” but as we dug deeper a lot of it came down not feeling safe to show up in social media
She spent a lot of time “prejudging” the interactions she would have online which kept her from showing up at the level she needed to to step forward and attract the business necessary for the next level
She was also able to recognize that a lot of this had to do with her own nervous system feeling safe in the lack of control she had in social media and that it was the path towards her healing
