In this episode we spend most of our time talking about what are goals are for 2020. We encouraged you last week to set your on goals, and promised that we would be back this week to tell you ours. 

The last 15 minutes or so of the episode we go through weigh gaining strategies, and how to add calories to your diet if you are looking for some muscle building. We will take a deeper dive into that in a later episode.
