The CEO and founder of My Good Grief, Cheryl Parker is passionate about helping successful professional women find their footing after losing their spouse. She helps them rebuild, and focus at work, while they learn to live again. After the death of her 8-year-old daughter Rachel and years later, losing her former husband to suicide, Cheryl learned how to navigate the darkness of grief and find her light. Through her programs and motivational speaking, she has changed the lives of thousands of people for almost 20 years. She provides guidance to her clients by helping them through their healing when dealing with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, and general mental health issues. Her Grief Specialist Certification, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and SafeTALK Suicide Prevention Training have made her a go-to expert in the field of Grief Education. Her own personal grief and loss experience dealing with many different losses enable her to guide others through mental health issues.
