Description

In this deeply personal episode, I open up about a wound I’ve been avoiding for years—the feeling of abandonment. For a long time, I refused to let this define my story, fearing that acknowledging it would dismiss the love and support my mom and sisters provided. I tried to convince myself that I didn’t need a relationship with my dad, but deep down, I yearned for it.

Last week, I shared a profound moment with my mom that acted like a mirror, showing me a version of myself I didn’t like. This week, I dive into the anger and resentment I was harboring and how my ego justified my actions, even though they weren’t who I wanted to be. I talk about the day I finally sat down to write a letter to my dad—a raw, honest, and passionate expression of my feelings.

Through this process, I began to shed light on my shadows, sit with my emotions, and observe myself from a new perspective.

So let's become the observer of your life...
