One main thing to keep in mind when consuming kombucha is that it feeds Candida overgrowth.⁣
Just because you're eating something promoted as a health food or that contains beneficial bacteria doesn’t mean it’s going to act beneficially in your body. ⁣
When it comes to understanding how your kombucha drinking may be impacting your health, first and foremost, the SCOBY is composed of yeast forming bacteria. ⁣
If we drink a lot of kombucha or focus on only one or two primary fermented foods, we can cause an imbalance in our gut microbiome.⁣

I know a lot of us are told to eat fermented foods, drink your probiotics, take your probiotics, however, the gut microbiome is a delicate area. I know when I stopped drinking kombucha and swapped it for the Sunlight Rx and metabolic reset diet, my gut health improved exponentially. ⁣
