In 1994, Nathan's worries consisted of outgrowing his roller blades. Nathan was only nine when he experienced his first death. Timmy, a blonde haired cousin of Nathan, lost his life in the summer of 1994. Nathan also shares the song he wrote for his cousin, "Timmy Went Swimming".
