Have you ever asked yourself the question… is running bad for my knees? Drew is going to tell you anything and everything you need to know about that one, and he may get heated *lol*. Today I talk with a good friend from high school who started his own physical therapy business during the pandemic. He talks about how he got into PT, what physical therapy really is and who needs it, what runners need to know when they want to get back to running, top tips for runners (specifically upper back issues!), and a lot more.
