I want to talk to people about their journeys through meditation, eating disorders, mental health, sports, running... but ask the questions no one wants to ask

4- I'm a millennial. Idk, I thought that was important to include in case you are a Gen Z or baby boomer who may be offended by my millennial-ness. FAIR WARNING
