Description

Meet Dr. Dharav Shah. He shares a bit of his challenges, his way of contributing back to society and how we can take care of our emotional well-being in this pandemic. He emphasizes on the increase of anxiety during this crucial time as numbers are increasing and it is tough to keep calm and not get scarred.

His main area of work is spreading awareness about the truth of alcohol and tobacco. He focuses on medical, B.Ed. and social work students - so that they feel confident to in-turn pass on the message. He does this to pay back to the society and most of his presentations are free. Dr. Shah has made more than 400 presentations till now on the alcohol & tobacco epidemic, including at 53  medical colleges. Dr. Shah has been working on various other psychological issues also, that our society is facing.
