A true believer is one who is filled with the Holy Spirit (after accepting Jesus as your Lord & Savior). The salvation journey or life of faith is life of direction - there's a Shepherd who guides you and that's the Holy Spirit. And for you to do the perfect will of God, you must have the Holy Spirit
