In order for one to slay the giant (1 Samuel 17:40) or overcome the challenges before self, one has to pick stones from the river and use them to overcome - the stone that David used to defeat Goliath is the word of God that we receive and keep in our heart (Psalm 119:11); and the stream where He picked the stones from is Holy Spirit (Psalm 46:4)
