David is spending about $.03-$.04 per view, and has tallied up, having tested in multiple markets, he’ll generate 1️⃣ “COME LIST 🏡 ME!” call for every 20,000 views. I’ll do the math for us… That’s about $800 per listing— but it’s scales!
