Eliott : Hi everyone, welcome to this first interview where we'll be talking with Celeste
Eliott : Hi Celeste, I hope you're doing well. So basically during this interview we're going to talk about the school year and your plans for the future. So first of all, can you present yourself in a couple of words?
Celeste : So my name is Celeste De Gand . I'm in 6A in a singlelijn t and I'm a friend of Elliot.
Eliott : Okay, so first of all, how did this whole school year for you pan out?
Celeste : Actually it was pretty great but I wasn't expecting to be 31 in one class so it was a little bit disturbing for me. I had to concentrate a lot in class and focus a lot.
Eliott : And the whole atmosphere with having 31 people, how did it work for you?
Celeste : It was pretty stressful . Sometimes it's funny but sometimes it's absolutely not. At first I was coming back home with headaches and I wasn't feeling great but during the school year I learned to like this class.
Eliott : So as you know during this year we had to work on our TFE for the whole year and even last year as well. So can you talk to us about your TFE and how did this whole work feel for you? I was very stressed to start to work.
Celeste : I spent a lot of time just thinking and not writing anything and then around March I started writing really much and then it was pretty easy because I loved my subjects and I was really concentrated.
Eliott : And what was your subject about?
Celeste : About the Second World War and the concentration camp.
Eliott : So yeah, congratulations for the TFA. I'm sure it was really good.
Celeste : Thank you.
Eliott : As you know, we also had our school trip a couple of weeks ago, which was very eventful. And how did you feel about this whole school trip?
Celeste : As you say, it was really eventful. I like it a lot. But sometimes it was pretty hard to have fun and enjoy a lot this school trip because of arguing with others or a lot of problems. But I'm pretty proud of me because I enjoyed even if there were problems and anything.
Eliott : In a couple of weeks we have the exams and next year we'll be in maybe uni or doing a gap year. So first of all, what are your plans for this summer?
Celeste : this summer I want to rest a lot. at first I'm going to a scout camp and then I will go in vacation with my family in Ibiza and Barcelona and then I will work because I maybe will have some exams to pass .
okay so good luck for your exams and you know in in a couple of months we'll have a future life leaving this school so what would you like to do later for your studies.
so as I say I will pass exams to enter in la cambre an art school but that's not sure because I'm not sure I will pass and enter in the school so if I don't pass I will probably go in uni study philosophy or something like that
Eliott : okay very interesting I'm sure you'll be very good in art, and finally looking back at this whole school year are you proud of what you achieved and can you look back at it as a success ? Or just looking back at your time at singelijn I think it's been three years now that you're here yes so you're proud of like what you achieved then when you see these three years or even just this last year as a success ?
Celeste : I'm pretty proud of me because it wasn't easy for me at first when I came into school I didn't like school I didn't like anything about school and and finally I made friends and now I enjoy every day at school and I have good notes and I think I will finish this year perfectly
