When suffering from a mental health illness it can be hard to really be present with the ones you love and care about. Being present is so important to not just your friends and family but for you. Because if you constantly let your mental health illness like depression get in the way then your never going to be fully present in those moments of pure happiness. So choose today to be present in the moments you haven't been fully present in. Laugh with your family and friends, play with your kids, and be totally focused on what matters to you most. Choose to be present!
