In John 10:10, Jesus made a clear contrast between his mission and the work of the devil. As believers, by virtue of the finished work of the cross – the life and mission of Jesus, we should all walk in the spirit of abundance. Yet so many of us are locked in a cycle of lack and scarcity. In this talk, we set out God’s invitation to our community to walk in abundance. We examine Joseph’s life at the mid-point of his story (Gen 41:41 – 46), unpack how we can walk in God’s promise of the abundant life (Jer 17:7-8), and live from an understanding of who God is (Dan 11:32) and an overflow of what he has done in our lives (John 14:27).
