Description

Dr. Vibhuti Aryia Amirfar is an Associate Clinical Professor at St. Johns, and Clinical Advisor to the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and she is the creator of the “dark-room-methodology,” an iterative process to guide individuals and systems towards self-examination and understand the role of structural racism.

On this episode of Intentionally Act Now, Vibhuti sits down with Enrico Manalo of All Aces, Inc. to talk about this theory and method of change as well as what it means to “step into your lens.” The conversation explores the presence of one’s critical inner voice and the relationships we hold with ourselves, virtue signaling, wokeness, and the role of authenticity in productively “doing something” about racism.
