Description

We are encouraged to study His word and seek His face daily; practice being in His presence continually. Though it’s not and easy thing to do and takes practice. In the turmoil and with all that goes on around us daily, indeed practice is what we need to do.. We get His peace and the tranquility that is experienced despite all that is going on is real. His peace and not the peace as is offered by the world. A true peace of mind that is beyond all understanding and cannot be fathomed by the finite minds of man. Isaac walked out into a field to meditate on God and Rebecca was brought to him by God; Paul practiced meditating on God while in prison. Remember that about eighty percent of Paul’s letters were written while he was either in house arrest or while imprisoned. Practice being in His presence whenever you can. Listen to His speaking and practice opening your SPIRITUAL hearing and utilizing your SPIRITUAL eyesight. See Him in the sunset, the sunrise, in the smiles of those that walk by us or stop for a friendly chat. Remember that he is truly with us always. Psalm 8:1-4, Psalm 19;1&2, I Corinthians 6:19, Jeremiah 29:13.
