Big announcement ahead!
Welcome back my love to the Living Free podcast, the last episode of living free.
Today, I have a big announcement to make- I am rebranding the living free podcast beginning next year into SOUL NAKED podcast. So this is the last episode of the Living Free which will always be part of my soul.
But yes, I am renaming and rebranding my podcast into Soul Naked on the first of January 2023. It will be deeper, more soul nourishing, more undressed, and will talk more about embodied healing and sacred sensuality.
2022 has been a wild and crazy ride for most of us and today, I am sharing some of my lessons of 2022. I wrote a little letter for 2022 that I want to share with you. This letter is all about my learnings of this crazy year that has honestly felt like a never-ending Ayuhuasca ceremony. It has been a chaotic and soul nourishing ride for me.
And today, I am going to share that journey with you through my letter for the year 2022. I’m also sharing the lessons I’ve learned after that changed who I am and made me realize what I came here to do.
