Humans spend about a third of their lives sleeping. Getting enough quality sleep is critical for our concentration, cognitive function, and overall health. We use to have a natural sleep cycle because the only light source was the sun. Today, Things are very different. We have lights wherever we go throughout the entire night.
In this episode I explain how blue light effects our melatonin, melatonin is a hormone that help's us fall asleep and we are bombarded by blue light everywhere we go which wakes up our brain and messes with our circadian rhythm. So, as someone who looks at a screen most of the day I have came up with some weighs to stop it effecting my sleep cycle hope you enjoy it.
