Many people are born with leadership qualities, whether they fully develop them or not. Additionally, there are those whose leadership traits have yet to be discovered, but who are definitely trainable and will go on to wonderful achievements. Which camp do you fall under? Before you answer, remember the term "leader" has many applications, from business owner/multipreneur, to supervisor/manager/executive. It also applies to how you lead yourself or your community, how you serve as a beacon for others.
