Wherever she goes, Gabi Haack is a woman of firsts. In 2017, She was the centerpiece of the first Elk River girls basketball team to win a state championship. Gabi was also the first Elk River athlete to win Miss Basketball.
4 years later, she led the Bradley Braves to their first appearance in the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. Along the way, Gabi set the Bradley record for most career 3-point field goals and is in good position to break the school's career scoring record next season. She also was named MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for 2020-21. We explore her journey in basketball and the how her academic and athletic accomplishments will suit her well in the next phase of her career.
