Jason Dingey and Mike Saffell -In this episode we chat with two awesome gripsters from the Ohio grip crew. Mike Saffell who runs all of the grip comps in the Ohio area. Mike is grip monster. He competes both in gripsport and armlifting, and he has completed the crushed to dust challenge! We also chat with Jason Dingey who is the current overall National Gripsport Champion!
