Riccardo is a grip legend, world record holder in the Shallow Hub and 5" Bull Ring, he is a bronze medalist at the elite Arnold Classic, and, is the Secretary General of Armlifting USA. Riccardo is also a stroke and heart attack survivor, and, though Riccardo lost some strength on his primary side, he continues to compete in Armlifting with his backup hand, amazing. In this interview he shares his athletic journey, the need to overcome adversity, and, lessons learned.
