Summer is here and it means more time for great reads! With that in mind, I invited my podcast pal Kitty Felde back in the show to share some reading advice from her Book Club For Kids podcast! We also talk about her upcoming novel, State Of The Union: A Fina Mendoza Mystery, the sequel to her Welcome to Washington, Fina Mendoza novel which was also turned into a podcast and what we can expect from the novel. Also as Kitty was a journalist for LA's NPR station, KPCC, and as NPR turns 50 years old, we share some of her favorite NPR memories.
