Natasha Mahindra is an entrepreneur and businesswoman. Around ten years ago she found her calling in yoga. She learnt that the only person who could help her improve and overcome any difficulties was herself. Once she had this realisation she felt the need to share it with the world. She started Anam Cara yoga retreats that combined travel, nature and yoga to help people become one with themselves.



In today's episode, Jeevika talks to the serene Natasha about how she started her journey as a yoga therapist. She takes us through her ups and downs and how she chose a path to change and rediscover herself through yoga. They go on to talk about the core values of yoga and how it is deeply intertwined with living sustainability and with comfort.

1 small tsp each of fennel seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds with water

You can have it hot or store it in the fridge and have it cold. It is, however, preferable to have it warm in the mornings.
