Barb Magnotta and Jade Greene-Grant are two teachers from New York who have taught at the same school for over a decade. They always wanted to publish a book to help their students with literacy but encountered several roadblocks along the way.
It wasn’t until they decided to try their luck on The Wheel of Fortune that everything changed. As luck would have it, they won enough money to hire an illustrator, publish their book, and turn their dream into a reality.

About the Authors:
Jade holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood from Mercy College and acquired an additional license in Teaching Literacy from Kindergarten to Grade 12. She is a proud lifetime member of national honor societies, Pi Gamma Mu and Psi Chi. Jade teaches in New York City and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two younger children who are actors/models in television commercials and movies.
Barbara holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood/Elementary education from The College of New Rochelle. When she’s not teaching, she helps her family run an Italian restaurant in New York. She also enjoys working out every day and traveling as much as possible.
