I got a sunrise video from El Capitan state beach this morning it was really weird seeing the sunrise over the ocean in California when you actually go to the water it looks like it's rising from the south. I'll send you the video link when I get it uploaded. Due to the tilt of the earth's axis at this time of year, the sun rises more south than east and according to this location on the map the sun is still rising from the east, yet just south enough to where there is still ocean in the view east and west of the sun as it rises. I am always on the lookout for things and I would say, The Lookout Guy found one of Santa Barbara's best kept secrets. 😀
