So I wrote the song and figured out the guitar part, practiced it a few times and did a video of it with my cell phone. It was a bit rough, but It was the day that this was going to happen, as you know only happens every so many hundreds of years (I just checked the Nasa info and they said it hasn't come that close and visible for over 800 years). I was deeply touched by the timing of this occurrence, being right at the Christmas season that Covid-19 cast its dark shadow on many people's joy of the season. I put the song as rough as it was on Facebook to seize the moment. I was hoping to record it professionally that year, but wasn't able to do it. I almost missed this year too, but God had other plans, and I was able to slip it in at the last minute. I to go back into the studio during the year to add some things that I would not have been able to finish before this Christmas, so next year it will be a little more evolved.
