Ted Prezelski interviews Paul Hanley. Hanley was a member of several Manchester area bands, most notably the Fall for five years. He's written three books about the rock scene in Manchester, most recently Sixteen Again, How Pete Shelley & Buzzcocks Changed Manchester Music (And Me).
