Anneliese Michel was a young girl who was ultimately killed through neglect after months of long and tortuous exorcisms. Her death was followed by a court case putting the priests involved on trial, who would be found guilty of allowing her death. Was Anneliese really possessed? Or was something else going on that was missed by everyone, leading to her being let down by the people in her life in the worst way possible?
