Description

With so many great education and training programs, why aren’t more people successful? Why aren’t people implementing the lessons learned from these programs? It isn’t because the programs or the trainers aren’t qualified. The issue at hand, has to do with how we facilitate the learning and how we measure our results.

Today, we’re going to speak about measuring results. As trainers and coaches, we are guided by our own education, experiences and instinct. We trust the knowledge shared by some of the greatest thought leaders. We bring our own experience in our field of expertise. We design training programs that take the acquired knowledge and experience and turn it into “how to” lessons. How many training programs have you taken and put the lessons to practice?
