The old 'briefcase swap in a public place' routine - It's spy 101. Or maybe 102, after the trench-coat thing. But when an inept spy accidentally leaves a secret package with a random member of the public, every attempt he and his exasperated colleague make to retrieve the case seems destined to failure.
