Listen

Description

Shari Foos is a Marriage and Family Therapist, adjunct professor, and creator of The Narrative Method, a California 501c3 non-profit organization. As part of the Human Connection movement, TNM creates programs, products, and experiences that address the growing isolation and need for a real connection through sharing stories.

Shari shares with us the impact storytelling has on creating empathy in relationships with others. Her principle encompasses occasionally putting the needs of others ahead of ours. Listen to the end to understand how being grateful in all situations has a positive impact on life.

As a sought-after expert on the subject of relationships, remote group dynamics, and meaningful connection, her writing and commentary have appeared in a range of online and print publications and podcasts.
