We go through a 5-step model developed by Dr. Will Meek to gain understanding of what triggers certain emotions in our lives and how we can regulate them. I also share Dr. Meek’s 5-step tool to processing emotions. It is a tool we can use to address situations in our lives and as we do the work, it takes us to a place of empowerment and progression.
