This week BASE 3 coach Rowan Bray joins us on the B3POD to discuss Zone Training, and more specifically, Zone 2 training.

Zone 2 training is a training principle commonly used to develop an athletes aerobic endurance, but there are A BUNCH of other benefits, that we jump into in this episode. Rowan also breaks down the zones and starts to explain some of the science behind Zone 2 training.

We also covered the fast approaching CrossFit Open, some coaching pet peeves, the difference between good coaching and programming and great programming and coaching, and what is more effective, then discussed who we think is going to crush the BASE 3 Topgolf putting over the weekend.
