We asked you guys to send in the questions you want answers to and had the whole coaching crew take turns answering and sharing their thoughts.
Questions ranged from, how to get started, to how much protein do you need post-workout, est core exercises, the importance of warming up, BASE 3 abbreviations, how to get started, how to choose a coach, and a buuuunch more.
This was a really fun format, and I feel like we were able to share a lot of valuable knowledge.
