For most of us, a lot of things are out of your control at the moment. You can't go to the gym, you can't get rid of your kids to school for the day, some of us can't even go and groceries whenever we want, it's pretty mad.
But one thing you can control is your daily routine. Yes you may no the going about your regular schedule, but you can control how you approach what you can do.
The boys outline their current daily routines and discuss the differences between now and "normal". Simon has a free-flowing approach, whilst Craig is trying a regimented schedule. The method that works is the one that works.
