Faisal is a sports performance nutritionist that also loves to work with general population clients to help them better understand their nutrition habits and build a better relationship with their nutrition.
Faisal has spent a lot of time working with high-level athletes and helping them to understand how to fuel and manage performance, recovery, and body composition. He is now gearing that knowledge towards helping people build better relationships with eating by implementing mindful nutrition practices.
