The term "Core" catches a lot of hype, especially on the internet, and with IG influencers, and on the QVC shopping channel. But what we're talking about here is having an understanding and awareness of what it means to brace your core and create bodily tension all whilst being able to move and breathe. (not as easy as it sounds).

When we talk about training the core, there are benefits of doing isolated abdominal and trunk exercises, but we are also referring to global movements, whilst being able to protect your spine, and generate tension.
