3 really important things to remember when you're thinking about your training during this time...

1. What is really important right now? Like really? (I'll give you a clue, it's staying healthy).

2. Be creative, you can do 65 (million) different types of push up.

3. If you don't have the resources to train hard right now, use this time to focus on something you need to work on, mobility, handstands, grammer.

4. Be grateful. Yea it sucks that you can't go to the gym, but it could be way worse (unless you have Corona, then I'm sorry)
