Emotional Healing - Check is the title of this week's channeled blog. Pieces of your 3D life surfaced last week with unpleasant reminders of who you used to be and why. Yet, you couldn't describe how deeply pained you were. Part or all of last week's pain was likely caretaking beyond what you felt comfortable doing. It was too much for too long. This will be a healing, taking care-of-yourself week. Finally, realizing you can't take care of others unless you place yourself first.
