2.34 VItarka hinsadayah kirtah karita - anumodita lobha krodha moha purvaka mirdu madhya - adimartra duhkha jnyana - ananta phala iti pratipaksha bhavanam

The images, and people who hurt you have come from what you did yourself, got others to do for you, or when you were happy to hear of what another has done. What came before was craving, hating, or dark ignorance. Who knows what painful seeds you have planted in the past? The answer is to sit and work out the anecdote in meditation. 

The desire to come out on top is based on ignorance. The lesson is that of action and making the decision to take another path. The power comes when you can see the irritating person or things and not react to the irritating thing. Hold your line and do not cross it. When you access the old file folders by default, catch yourself when reacting. Relabel the old file folder. Open the availability in the mind to be open to new things - to never hurt others. The mind's conflict in emotion lasts long after the action. When conflicted in thought, the energy continues to flow to wasted energy. Free the energy to free space in the mind so you have Prana, vital life energy, when you really need it. The hormones released stimulate the nervous system, which creates a weakened state.
